With stories, bagpipe, fiddle, banjo, dancing puppet, and sing alongs this program introduces students to the folk arts and engages their imaginations, delight and participation.
Books come alive as students explore an age-appropriate children’s book or folktale in this creative drama experience promoting literacy skills, comprehension, and oral language skills.
The study of brass instruments (past to present), their uses, and how and why they are different.
In part 2, students experience the next level of drumming through math (fractions, parts, & pieces).
