Wake Murals

Wendell Mural
Wendell Murall by Matt Willey completed 2020 at 20 E Campen St, Wendell, NC 27591, Next to the Bearded Bee Brewing Company. The Wendell mural advances the artist’s goal of painting 50,000 bees across the word through his Good of the Hive Project.

Through the Wake Murals, United Arts has worked with the towns of Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Wake Forest, Zebulon, and most recently, Wendell and Apex to create new murals in their towns. With support from the Wake County Government, United Arts is now closer to its goal of a mural in all 12 Wake County towns. The murals are intended to be visible representations of the thriving arts community in Wake County.
