Lee Pike

Originally from Raleigh, NC, Lee earned her BA in Psychology and a minor in dance from East Carolina University. This passion for dance led her to Chicago, where she dove into modern dance performance and teaching while exploring independent publishing. Along the way, Lee discovered Chicago’s vibrant coffee scene and kickstarted her coffee career. After braving one too many Midwest winters, she returned to Raleigh and joined Larry’s Coffee, focusing on their Coffees For a Cause collection. With a Nonprofit Management Graduate Certificate from NC State, Lee became the first full-time Fund Development Manager at Activate Good. She also served on the boards of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance and the NC Specialty Food Association, and co-founded the Raleigh Chapter of The Handsome Ladies, supporting women in bluegrass. In her free time, Lee enjoys yoga and still dances whenever she can.
