Gentle Flow Yoga

Perfect for parents dropping off their preschooler but open to all, this yoga class increases flexibility & strength. Students practice a varying series of gentle vinyasa flow poses with breath-work that gently awakens the body, mind, spirit, & senses. Each class ends with restorative relaxation, leaving students feeling refreshed & at peace. Suitable for all levels. Virtual option available.
