Relax, have fun & get some great exercise at this FREE social dance class. Learn on your own or with a friend. Enjoy a group class taught by ComMotion’s artistic Director, Andre Avila, followed by social dancing. No experience necessary!
ComMotion – Community in Motion is a 501(c)3 non-profit with the mission of building community and improving well-being through adaptive and inclusive movement. We provide dance, fitness, and martial arts workshops for all ages and abilities. Our programs for cancer survivors create a fun community for survivors to connect, laugh, and exercise.
