Darren Sardelli is an animated poet and author who knows how to get students and educators excited about poetry. He’s spoken at over 1,000 schools where he’s transformed reluctant readers and writers into poetry fanatics. He has interactive assemblies and writing workshops for Pre-K and elementary students and offers motivational assemblies for middle school and high school students. His engaging programs empower young people and help them discover an appreciation for words and literacy. Darren’s poems are featured in 28 children’s books, national and international textbooks, children’s magazines, are a part of school curriculums, and have been used on state tests.
