Arts for Towns Grants


The non-competitive Arts for Towns grants support public-facing arts programming by North Carolina-based artists in municipalities across Wake County. Each eligible town may request up to $5,000 to support artists’ fees for programming such as:

  • Performing Artists: to present musicians, dancers, theatre productions, etc.
  • Teaching Artists: to lead workshops, residencies, camps, etc.
  • Visual Artists: to create murals or other public art installations, exhibit artwork, etc.

 

Deadline

The 2025-2026 application is due by Friday, May 23 at 5:00 p.m.
