Learning to Look: Visual Literacy in Every Classroom

Learn how Visual Literacy teaches a collection of competencies that will help students think through, think about, and think with pictures. In this session, several image-based discussion strategies will be modeled for use in all classrooms and in all subject areas. Educators will learn how these strategies engage students in 21st century skills of critical thinking, communication and creativity.
