Schools will be notified of grant amounts awarded via email. The maximum grant award per school is $1,800 annually and is contingent on the availability of funds. If a grant is not approved and a school cannot pay the entire artist’s fee, the Cultural Arts Representative should notify both the artist and United Arts Council immediately.
After receiving the grant award notification, Cultural Arts Representatives will use a United Arts Council approved template to draft a contract between the artist and the school. Contract deadlines vary based on the start date of the program. Matching funds will be submitted to United Arts and must arrive together with the school’s completed (fully signed) contracts.
