Municipal Murals

Mural on Full Bloom Coffee Roasters in downtown Garner, painted by Sean Kernick in 2019

United Arts Council is working with several Wake County towns on the introduction of new murals in prominent locations. The murals are intended to be visible representations of the thriving arts community in Wake County.  Fuquay-Varina, Garner, and Wake Forest were the first towns to complete murals through this program.

Full Bloom Coffee Roasters, 141 W Main St, Garner, NC 27529
Sean Kernick completed the mural in Garner in January, 2019. An exciting addition to downtown, the mural on the side of Full Bloom Coffee Roasters has already become part of a town tradition for pictures milestone photo ops.

The Zebulon mural is located downtown and celebrates the rich history and diversity of the community.
