Congressional Art Competition for High School Students
United Arts is pleased to work with Representative Deborah Ross’ office in the annual Congressional Arts Competition for high school students in the North Carolina’s 2nd U.S. Congressional District.
The first place winner’s art is hung for a year in the U.S. Capitol; the second place entry, in the 2nd Congressional District’s Washington, D.C., office; and third place, in the 2nd Congressional District’s Raleigh office.
