SUMMARY:The Road Through “Don’t Ask\, Don’t Tell”
DESCRIPTION:The Road Through Don’t Ask\, Don’t Tell by photographer\, oral historian\, and U.S. Marine Corps veteran Theresa Scott. This deeply personal documentary exhibition explores the lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ veterans who served under restrictive military policies. \nThrough intimate portrait photography paired with first-person oral histories\, Scott brings forward stories long silenced by institutional policy and cultural pressure. Drawing on her own service\, she offers viewers an unflinching look at the realities faced by service members who were expected to serve with honor while hiding essential parts of who they were. \nExhibition Dates: February 1 – April 26\, 2026\nArtist Talk & Reception: March 26\, 5:30–7:00 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:When: Saturday\, Feb 28\, 2026; 10:00am – 2:00pm \nPlease Note: All classes and workshops are for Military Connected Individuals who are 18 years or older. \nJoin us for this beginner level screen printing workshop. We will trace images and do a screen and then expose them using the sun or light box. Once we have our screen\, we can print it on almost anything! We will provide some cotton cloth and a tote bag. leave with a piece of art\, something functional and some new friends! \nWe offer scholarships for those who cannot afford the registration fee.
