DESCRIPTION:Ages 50+\nAging Gracefully: Meaningful Movement Explorations – As we age it is important to keep the body moving\, the brain focused\, and the spirit fueled. In this technique/creative dance class\, we will do so in a healthy\, FUN way. We will warm the body\, moving in a way that encourages each dancer to better honor and understand their unique physicality. \nNext\, dancers will explore different ways to generate movement phrases. Inspired by poetry\, visual art\, and personal experience\, we will create dances; accessing the wisdom of the body to express our relationship to the world\, each other\, and ourselves. \nNo prior dance experience needed\, just a willing heart <3
