United Arts Council Sets Dates For Fall Fund Raiser Dinners With Mystery Artists

 
United Arts has set October 22-25, 2008, as the dates for the 2008 GUESS WHO’S COMNG TO DINNER? celebrity artist fundraiser. The event, which premiered in 2005, is the signature fundraiser for the organization that funds arts programs throughout Wake County and in the schools.
 
The event will feature more than two dozen artists from across the cultural arena, all with ties to North Carolina. Dinners, hosted in some of the most impressive homes in Wake County, will offer ticket purchasers choices from a “Down Under” banquet to a filet mignon dinner in a barn. An intimate evening with exquisite foods, outstanding wine pairings, and exceptional ambience awaits guests, with the unique opportunity of having dinner with a professional artist.
 
No one will know which artist will be the guest of honor at which dinner party! The guests will arrive unsure of whether they will enjoy an evening of repartee with a Broadway designer or celebrated author.
