United Arts to Feature
John N. Wall’s Art in August

 

United Arts will unveil its August art exhibit at First Friday on August 1—a collection of work entitled “Street Dreams” by John N. Wall. Wall is an artist and educator engaged in documentary and fine art photography. He received a Certificate in Documentary Photography from the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University in 2007. A native of North Carolina, he lives in Raleigh.
 
His work has been exhibited in solo and group shows throughout North Carolina and the eastern USA and has won numerous awards, including First Place and Best in Show for black and white photography. In 2004 and again in 2007, he received Regional Artists Grants from United Arts. His work is in private collections across the country.
