Regional Artist Showcase
Featuring photography by recipients of the Regional Artist Project Grants: Diana Hooper Bloomfield, Allison Overton, David Simonton, DeShelia Spann, John Wall.
Since 2000, over $100,000 has been awarded through Regional Artist Project Grants to more than 100 artists from the counties of Franklin, Johnston, Vance, Wake and Warren. Awards of up to $1500 have funded projects that furthered the artists' professional careers, including production of artwork, attendance at conferences or workshops and creation of promotional materials. The Regional Artist Showcase is on display at the WakeMed Art Wall located on the WakeMed Raleigh Campus, 3000 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27610. It runs through August 16, 2007.
