Volunteer with United Arts
There are many ways to become involved with United Arts and your support helps us provide quality arts experiences throughout Wake County!
Help with our Artists in the Schools Program:
- Volunteer to be a Cultural Arts Representative at your child's school.
- Help your PTA raise money to provide arts experiences for your children in school. PTAs raise the bulk of the money for these programs, money that United Arts matches with funds from our campaign.
Help with our Annual Campaign:
- Ask your company to conduct a workplace campaign on behalf of United Arts.
- Volunteer to be the coordinator for your company's workplace campaign.
Celebrate the arts with your family and friends:
- Sign your child up for art classes. Many of our funded groups offer opportunities for children to learn through the arts.
- Experience the arts with your children - go to a play, a concert, a gallery.
- Take a class - acting, pottery or painting.
Support the Wake County arts community:
- Volunteer for one of the many quality arts organizations in Wake County.
- Make sure your state and federal representatives know that the arts are important to you.
