Community Arts Reach

 
 
From Apex to Zebulon, the Community Arts Reach (CAR) program is a partnership between United Arts, local municipalities and their Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources departments, and community volunteers. The program assists Wake towns outside of Raleigh in providing high quality, professional cultural arts programs such as art summer camps and classes, festival performances and technical support.
